Possibly one of the best Christmas gifts we have ever received was the CuisineArt Griddler Deluxe ! It has so many functions, including grilling, griddle, top melt, and panini press ! It was a gift from my brother in law, and at the time we received it I was going through major first trimester morning sickness (which really lasted all day). We just popped this bad boy open and have already used it several times in the past week.

Today I made a BLT with White Bread, Provolone Cheese, Bacon, Tomato, and Avocado. It was delicious and such an easy clean up. The best part is the panini is ready to go in approx 5 minutes which makes this such a nice way to have a warm meal, but also flexible for a grab and go sandwich.

Ingredients:

2 Slices of White Bread - Dave's Killer Bread / White Bread Done Right
2 Slices Provolone Cheese
2 Slices of Cooked Bacon
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Tomato
2 Tablespoons Mayonaise
Spray Vegetable Oil

Recipe:

1. Cook 2 slices of bacon on frying pan

2. Heat Griddle to 400 degrees F & place grill positions in close position so it can preheat

3. Spray vegetable oil on one side of each slice of bread

4. Flip over the bread over and put a small amount of mayonnaise on each slice of bread

5. Place provolone on bread (I put some one each side just so it is extra melty!)

6. Place renaming ingredients; bacon, avocado, & tomato & put together

7. Open grill carefully and place prepared sandwich on the bottom hot plate. Close the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese is melted

8. Carefully remove the panini and enjoy :)
